Return Policy (Stock Items)

We accept returns on standard “Stock” items only, subject to the following strict conditions:
  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, modified, or damaged, even damage incurred during shipping.
  • Approval Required: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Core Fabrication Inc. Do not ship items back to us without first contacting us to receive authorization.
  • Custom Items: All custom items are final sale.

Custom Fabrication (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of our work, all custom fabrication orders are final sale. Once a custom order has been placed and production has begun, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. Please verify all specifications and drawings before confirming your custom order.

Limited One-Year Warranty

Core Fabrication Inc. stands behind the quality of our work. We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

What is NOT Covered: This warranty is void if the failure is caused by:

  • Incorrect Installation: Any damage resulting from improper installation by the customer or a third party.
  • Misuse or Modification: Damage caused by neglect, accident, abuse, damage during transit or altering the product from its original state.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic issues or standard wear that occurs over time.

Shipping Costs

Please note our policy regarding shipping costs for returns and warranty claims:

  • Customer Responsibility: You (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping costs. This applies to both standard returns (change of mind) and warranty claims (sending a part back for inspection/repair).
  • Our Responsibility: Core Fabrication Inc. will only cover return shipping costs in the specific event that we shipped you the incorrect part (an error on our end).

How to Initiate a Return or Claim

To request a return or file a warranty claim:
  • Send us a message with your order number and photos of the product (if claiming a defect).
  • Wait for our approval. We will review your request and provide instructions.
    Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
