What to Expect

What to expect when we fabricate your custom service body

When you work with Core Fabrication, you get more than a standard service truck box. You get a fully engineered solution designed to improve workflow and secure your tools while withstanding years of use.

Initial
Consultation

We will meet with you to discuss your truck’s chassis. This includes equipment requirements and daily use patterns.

DESIGN PROCESS

Our team drafts a 3D layout of your service body. This includes cabinets, compartments, drawers, lighting and work surfaces. You approve every detail before we fabricate.

PRECISION FABRICATIONS

CWB certified welders build your service body from high quality materials. We also add any extra features in your design like reinforced floors and weatherproof doors.

FINAL INSPECTION & DELIVERY

Every service body is finished in house with paint or powder coat, wired with lighting and electrics and test fit to your truck chassis before pickup.
