DESIGN PROCESS

Our drafting team models the deck, service body, or upfit to handle severe duty loads while maintaining proper axle spacing, weight distribution and regulatory compliance.

PRECISION FABRICATIONS

CWB certified welders fabricate your build, adding reinforcements and crossmembers designed for punishing jobsite conditions.

FINAL INSPECTION & DELIVERY

Your completed truck is weighed, CMVSS certified, and given the National Safety Mark to be fully compliant and ready for work in Canada and the U.S.

How do you ensure Class 8 builds stay compliant with axle and weight limits?

We calculate axle loads, verify spacing and weigh the finished build to ensure it meets CMVSS standards. Every truck leaves with the National Safety Mark.
