What to expect when we fabricate your Class 7 truck project
Initial
Consultation
We meet with you to review your chassis specifications and axle requirements. We also discuss the equipment or loads your truck needs to handle.
DESIGN PROCESS
Our team drafts a 3D model. We design for proper weight distribution and axle spacing. You approve everything before we start fabrication.
PRECISION FABRICATIONS
CWB certified welders cut and assemble your build using heavy duty steel or aluminum. Every weld and reinforcement is engineered to handle real world stress.
FINAL INSPECTION & DELIVERY
Your completed truck is weighed and CMVSS certified with the National Safety Mark so that it is road ready in Canada and the U.S.

What kinds of fabrication work do you perform for Class 7 trucks?
We handle everything from custom deck builds and service bodies to mounting solutions for specialty equipment. We can also work on sleeper decks and drop decks.
How do you make sure the build stays compliant?
We calculate axle loads and verify weight distribution for every build. We also certify every project to CMVSS standards. Every truck leaves with the National Safety Mark so it is legally roadworthy.
Can you work on any Class 7 truck’s OEM chassis?
Most likely. We fabricate for all major Class 7 chassis manufacturers, including:

Our experience with these manufacturers makes it easy to ensure a proper fit and finish for every build.
Can you handle complex builds with hydraulics or electrics?
Yes. Our team installs and tests hydraulic systems, electrical wiring and lighting in house. Your truck will be work ready on delivery.
How do you minimize downtime for a Class 7 truck build?
Our cloud based quoting and production system allows for accurate scheduling, plus quick revisions and real time progress updates. Smaller builds are often ready in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger ones can typically be completed in 4 to 6 weeks.
Can you standardize builds for a fleet of Class 7 trucks?
Absolutely. Our team can replicate your custom configuration across multiple units to simplify maintenance and make performance consistent across your fleet.
Do you ship Class 7 trucks outside of Alberta?
Yes. We can ship to locations in Canada and the United States. We can also provide cross border documentation and logistics support for U.S. deliveries.
