We meet with you to review your chassis specifications, load requirements and the equipment you need installed so we can engineer a safe, efficient solution.

DESIGN & DRAFTING

Our team creates a 3D model of your build, confirming weight distribution, axle spacing and mounting solutions before fabrication begins.

precision fabrication & UPFITTING

Our CWB certified welders, electricians and technicians fabricate the deck or body. Then we integrate hydraulics and electrical systems. All components are installed in house.

CERTIFIED DELIVERY

Every truck is weighed, inspected and CMVSS certified with the National Safety Mark so it is road legal across Canada and ready for work upon pickup.

What types of trucks do you fabricate?

We fabricate for light, medium and heavy duty trucks. Class 7 and Class 8 chassis included.

Can you handle the entire build in house?

Yes. We perform design, fabrication, hydraulics, electrics and final finishing all in our Calgary facility. This reduces lead times and ensures quality.

How do you ensure proper weight distribution?

Our design process includes axle spacing calculations and weight verification after fabrication to meet CMVSS compliance and maintain stability.

Can you integrate hydraulic systems and electrics?

Yes. We install and test hydraulic plumbing, PTO systems, wiring and lighting in house so the truck is ready to work on delivery.

Do you build for fleets as well as individual trucks?

Absolutely. We can replicate a proven build across multiple chassis for consistent fleet performance and easier crew training.

What materials do you use for fabrication?

We primarily use heavy duty steel, with options for stainless steel or aluminum components depending on your requirements.

What is the typical turnaround time for a full truck build?

Smaller builds can often be completed in 2 to 4 weeks, while larger, more complex projects may take 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you ship outside Alberta?

Yes. We deliver trucks across Canada and can coordinate cross border shipments to the northern U.S.
