INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of corefabrication.ca and your purchase of products from Core Fabrication Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including fabrication designs, CAD drawings, product photos, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of Core Fabrication Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce our designs, distribute our content, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Products and Custom Fabrication
- Stock vs. Custom: Our website offers both “Stock” items (inventory) and “Custom” items (custom made to order).
- Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in our descriptions. However, for custom fabrication, industry-standard tolerances apply unless specific tolerances are agreed upon in writing prior to manufacture.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify specifications of Stock products at any time without notice, provided the modification does not materially affect performance.
Orders and Payment
- Guest Checkout: All purchases are processed via guest checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.
- Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Core Fabrication Inc. reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping: Due to the nature of our products (size and weight) and customers’ preferred shipping methods (you may provide your own carrier or pickup locally), we will provide a separate shipping quote after your order has been placed based on your shipping address.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Fabrication Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or construction delays) arising out of the use or inability to use our products. In no event shall our liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Core Fabrication Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
