Shipping Destinations
Core Fabrication Inc. currently ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Prices & Heavy Freight
Due to the heavy, bulky, and oversized nature of our fabrication products, shipping costs are NOT included in the price paid at checkout.
- Quote Process: Shipping is calculated after your order is submitted. Once we receive your order, our team will calculate the exact cost based on the weight, dimensions, final destination, and current carrier rates. We will then send you a separate shipping quote/invoice for approval and payment.
- Carrier Selection: We do not rely on a single carrier. We select the most appropriate method (e.g., LTL freight, hotshot, dedicated truck) based on the specific requirements of the load. You are welcome to provide your own carrier as well.
- Freight Access: Large items generally require freight shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if the delivery location requires a tail-gate (no forklift/dock available) or has restricted access. Additional fees may apply for special handling requirements.
- Order Finalization: Your order will not ship until the separate shipping quote has been accepted and paid. If the shipping quote is declined, the order may be cancelled and refunded according to our policies.
Processing Times
- Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
- Custom Fabrication: Custom orders are subject to production lead times.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our shop in Calgary: 8800 Venture Ave SE #2192, Calgary, AB T3S 0B8:
- Option: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
- Notification: Please do not come to the shop until you receive an email confirmation stating that your order is ready for pickup.
- What to Bring: Please bring your order number and a valid piece of ID.
Local Pickup
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the condition of the box before opening it, and photos of the damaged product.
- Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. While carrier damage is outside our direct control, we will assist where possible.
